A Turning Point: Choosing My Path
Life has a funny way of nudging you towards your true calling. Recently, I found myself sitting in yet another Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) orientation, my mind drifting between obligation and an undeniable inner voice telling me this isn't where I'm meant to be.
My precious babies, I want you to know something important. Mommy is on a journey - not just a job hunt, but a mission to create something incredible for our family.
You know how I've been working these nursing jobs that never quite felt right? Today, I realized something powerful. Those jobs were just stepping stones, not my destination. When I was sitting in that orientation, feeling drained and putting on a fake smile, I knew deep down this wasn't my path.
But then, something magical happened. I met with a real estate brokerage that lit a fire inside me. To my pool-loving kiddo - remember how you've always dreamed of a house with a swimming pool? And to my other sweetheart who wants more space, tired of sharing a bedroom? Mommy heard you. Both of those dreams are now my mission.
I saw myself in the mirror at that brokerage, and I didn't just see who I am right now. I saw who I'm becoming. A mom who's building something extraordinary. A woman who's creating opportunities not just for herself, but for her entire family.
When I say give me 365 days, I mean it. In one year, our entire world is going to look different. We're going to have space. We're going to have freedom. We're going to have choices we've never had before.
This isn't just about a job change. This is about transformation. This is about showing you both that your mommy can do anything she sets her mind to. That with determination, hard work, and belief in ourselves, we can create the life we've only dreamed about.
To my babies: Watch mommy work her magic. Our adventure is just beginning.
One year. 365 days. Unlimited potential.
Love always, Mommy
You girls can do anything, and I will show you, through me. You will have the option to succeed in anything you want. Pursue what you want. Try something, fail, get up, and try again. I will always be there for you, because I got it right, so you can never get it wrong
